We are a Las Vegas-based Italian Food Truck run by father and son. We started this food truck because my dad and I have 30+ years in the restaurant, so we know something about Italian food.
We serve classic Italian dishes like lasagna, chicken parmesan, spaghetti n’ meatballs, cannoli, and many more. We make our panzerottis (deep-fried calzone) on the spot, pasta fresh daily, and marinate our chicken the day before to ensure the best quality and taste.
We are mainly open during weekend events, bars, apartments, corporate lunches and more, and of course we are always open for catering!
